In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – "GDPR").

2. Processing of Personal Data

The Controller processes data provided by consumers or business partners.

a) The Controller processes data provided mainly through the contact form. In this case, the following personal data are processed: name, surname, phone number, email address, and property information where the service is to be performed. These data are processed based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – contract performance or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request. Providing this data is necessary to initiate the pre-contractual process, which includes communication with the interested party, preparing an offer based on the provided data, and selecting the appropriate product specifications. The Controller will automatically delete these data within one month from the last communication unless a contractual relationship is established.

b) If a contract is concluded with you, the Controller will process the personal data necessary for the proper execution of the contract and related services, such as warranty or complaint handling. The processed data include name, surname, date of birth, phone number, email address, and property information where the service is to be performed. These data are processed based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – contract performance and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with legal obligations. Providing these data is necessary for fulfilling contractual obligations. The Controller also uses contact details to communicate with the contracting party. Personal data are processed to comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting purposes, as well as warranty and complaint handling. The Controller retains these data for the duration of the contractual relationship and deletes them within ten years from the contract termination date, regardless of the reason for termination.

3. Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties

The processed personal data remain under the Controller's management. However, the company may share personal data with third parties to ensure the proper execution of the contract and related services. These include:

a) Website platform provider: Wix.com Ltd.
b) Email service provider: Alphabet Inc.
c) Relevant distribution company: If the Controller submits an application on behalf of the contracting party.
d) Government authorities: If required to enforce rights arising from contractual or non-contractual obligations, personal data may be disclosed to third parties. The Controller may also be legally required to provide personal data to state authorities.
e) Employees of the company, particularly company management.

Personal data are processed exclusively within the European Union.

4. Consent to Data Processing

Consent to data processing is part of the contract if it is concluded. If a person is only an interested party in a contract (a potential contracting partner), no consent is required, as the processing is necessary to take steps at their request before entering into a contract.

5. Data Security

Personal data processing does not involve automated decision-making or profiling. The data are secured with appropriate technical and organizational measures. The Controller's website does not store passwords or create user accounts for potential or actual contracting partners. The company implements security measures that, considering the current state of technology, provide adequate protection. Security measures are regularly updated. Data are stored on secure servers in data centers with restricted, carefully controlled, and audited access.

6. Use of Cookies

Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information that are downloaded to your device when you visit our website. They are then sent back to the website or another website that recognizes them upon each subsequent visit. Cookies perform various functions, such as enabling efficient navigation between pages, remembering preferences, and generally improving user experience. They also help ensure that online ads are better tailored to your interests.
